a few of my friends are getting account banned weekly while on rebug 4.70... shitty to hear this for such a great firmware

strange thats its account ban only now.

maybe sony had gotten the fright of their lives when they saw the number of auto banned console id's was nearly half they produced... who knows

I think its all crap.
Out of the guys I know personally, not one of us have been banned after the switch.
I came from Rogero CEX 4.55, about 8 months with no prob, until the Sony wave recently, received a CID ban and 4 PSN accounts including about 11 people I did recoveries on, all got an email saying pirated software was detected on your system...
I decided to go DEX and wipe my system, So I converted to 4.65.2 REX. I then went 4.65.2 D-REX Then a week later I decided to take the plunge with my friends and go Rebug 4.70.1.
So to answer your question that people are saying its the FW is total bullshit.
I been on 4.70 now about a week and no problems at all, same goes for my friends.

Im not shy in lobbies either, usually have the whole list of people following me or having some fun with us.
If your an asshole all the time, people will report you.

im about to upgrade from 4.65.2 drex to 4.70.1 drex, will report on ban.

update - installed succesfully, no problems. no bans on any accounts.

Been on drex 4.70 since it come out... no ban not sign in sign out shit and everything works for me

I think this is total bullshit.for once how are ya getting account banned and not cid banned? I mean if sony can tell you are running rebug 4.70 or a cfw console its a automatic console banned.no questions ask.
I dont think its rebug 4.70 because i been on it since its released and not banned at all.and i been doin recoverys and modding
And all.

But i do think that people are getting banned for some other reason.idk why...

I also call bs, iv been psn banned on ita twice in the past week, not cid banned lol so it ain't just rebug lol
