I think it works like the Plat save, so you win 3 medals once and you unlock all

I know there is another save around but if you come to this topic here is a save with 2nd DLC too.

what will happen is that the server will store my save in their system and then when you go on the vita (also online ) you play with the same save, but since you already unlock the trophies on the ps3, on the vita you just see then pop =)
