If you finish the rest of the game (20 or so minutes or less) you will unlock the bionically challenged trophy during the credits. I uploaded it to xploder and named it:

Thanks for your help, but this is not the same.
With the save from gamefaqs, I get finish the game on hard and finish the game and nothing more.

I need the save from start at the topic, but it´s only on xploder database-.-
The challenged trophy is the hardest one.
