Okay my good folks of NGU... here are my Platinum saves for Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron (North American region).
Confirmed by D-one:
You will get the following trophies when Resuming the game and defeating Optimus Prime with Megatron:
Till All Are One - (Megatron Ending)
The Battle is Far From Over (Easy)
More Than Meets the Eye (Normal)
All Hail You! (Hard)
When defeating Megatron with Optimus Prime the following trophies you can get:
Till All Are One - (Optimus Ending)
Here is my save with the Campaign cleared on Hard, all of the collectibles done... yada, yada:

Next up, my Profile save (not sure if its needed to pop online trophies or whatnot, but here it is):

hey, heres my save set i put up. you can use this for all stoy related trophies, then you can use this one for getting the difficulty endings.

if you want more trophies for this u can go to my save set located here. then use solids save for difficulty trophies.

Haven't been here awhile did they remove the thanks button or something??
Anyway great save mate, I made the saveset for War for Cybertron and Hard was not easy >.<
Also an fyi, there are some other trophies you can earn:
Access the weapon shop and equip any weapon for
Chop Shop
Master Builder
Buy any TECH for
Monascus Spending
Less grind FTW!!
