Do a barrel roll!
Just tested save out no trophies pop. Your suppose to recieve a trophy right after the you complete the task and nothing popped. Resigned and everything again nothing started a new game and trophy pops not sure what's going on. Playing US game.

I finished the Lighthouse and no trophy poped and than i reached Monument Island and no trophy.

I can confirm that trophies are not working sadly even Guns ones :cry:
like this one A Real Pistol (Bronze) — Killed 25 enemies with the Broadsider Pistol

With your save it's impossible to get the story related trophies but the kill trophies are working
