if we convert the save to EU region the inf health cheat will still be available along with max coins?

is there a way to make a save for ninja gaiden 3 razors edge like this one? i mean with inf health.

thanks for save, and when you pick up money it may seem like it resets but it doesn't
just saying because i thought it did at first lol
