First the credit goes to (1.MostWanted) for such save, and I tested it with (xploder) and its works just great!

With the save loaded in BSD, in the bottom left box where it lists all the files, select each file and hit F6 I believe it is on each file, once you do that rebuild (full) using your profile then try verifying again, anytime I bruteforce the files and try verifying after it still shows a bunch of red text but if I rebuild it with my profile it doesn't. It should be all good then. Make sure your BSD is the latest version as well, also be sure that when you do install a new version you click yes to update the games.conf. I always make it update everything including the latest cheat database but some don't. *shrugs*

It wouldn't let me redownload them due to not having signed into the PSN. Plus, you did mention that it will not let you get online with it. But, I did find another save through BruteForce's save registry that had 50 million plus the bonus cars and it allowed you to change your name and access online. So, ended up using that one and everything is gold. It's nice to buy your dream cars in this game.

I thought I replied to this but maybe it didn't go through. I'm glad you found an alternative, I never thought myself to check the ps3 save portal to look for a save to check out, thanks for the heads up. It's very nice being able to buy all your dream cars. :p
Edit: You forgot to mention the archive is password protected, which I find a bit dumb since it's supposed to be a save upload/download program, at least the password should have been included in the read me which can be accessed. Oh well, back to my normal save.
Edit 2: Nevermind, I found the password myself. For all those not willing to look or not knowing how, the day 1 50 million credit save from barelynotlegal is psx-scene, please give thanks to the user for their upload.
