HOWEVER, Koushik Dutta turned down this offer from Sarah McRae for suing Geohotz. I am sure that Koushik Dutta doesn't regret turning down Sony's offer and I am also sure he wont be the last hacker to be contacted for this position.

Shot to make something safer and change the view of a company turned down.
Instead waiting on the legal system and hopes it changes the law
I would have taken it but i guess he has reasons
Hope it more then geohotz being sued
Still good on him turning it down and good for sony asking for outside help.
