First change your DNS. Tutorial on How to Change DNS:


FOR WIFI:
Primary 8.8.8.8
Secondary 8.8.4.4

and for LAN:
Primary 8.8.8.8
Secondary 208.67.220.220


If you still can't connect, you are probably on CEX and you need to Switch to DEX and change debug settings to Devolopment mode. You can Switch fast with Rebug Toolbox from Cex to Dex. (That worked for a Friend of mine.)

It was necessary because I tried to get on today, first time in weeks. I couldn't get on and this tutorial fixed it. So the problem with being on cfw and connecting to bo2 servers still persists and this is the fix. So give this dude some credit lol

this isnt a permanent fix i did this the day it all went to shit and now its back to shit again... starting to believe there could be a end to ps3 servers.. theres been talk about it for a while but now im starting to believe it OR IT COULD JUST BE A FUCK UP AT THERE END!

I heard of your problems, but I haven't had any problems this whole week, I don't have connection error since 2015. This is probably just a bug and you have to wait untill you can play online again. I mean I can play with my DEX every game online I want at any time.
