FOR WIFI:
Primary 8.8.8.8
Secondary 8.8.4.4

and for LAN:
Primary 8.8.8.8
Secondary 208.67.220.220


If you still can't connect, you are probably on CEX and you need to Switch to DEX and change debug settings to Devolopment mode. You can Switch fast with Rebug Toolbox from Cex to Dex. (That worked for a Friend of mine.)

I tried this but it didn't work, seems like a lot of people are having issues with connecting to bo2 servers atm :l

edit: just keep waiting on the menu for bo2 mp and don't click play online, after about 10 minutes it'll connect and you can click play online !

Well you said 2015.. the Incident happened in 2014 when "lizard squad claimed they hit psn off" when really everyone was getting new ps4s and stuff and updating games, consoles etc. so what you just made another lie attempt and I still caught you slipping. There's a new method to get online using DNS which I'm currently using and I can get on fine.
