One of the most annoying and time consuming trophies. All you have to do is defeat Riddler and initiate Knightfall Protocol. I tested the file, so it should work just fine.
Unfortunately, all other sidequests had been completed long before I joined the community otherwise I would have left one of each so that you could also get the rest.

While it's not my save, the instructions seem to indicate you can fight the Riddler right away. But the save for you is showing you need to collect more Riddler trophies before you can fight him? A few ideas:
1. A patch might have changed something between this post's creation and now, so that the save isn't reading the same way.
2. You might have to start the game offline before you load up the saves. I always advise this anyway. If anything is stored server-side, even in a single-player game or mode, then a conflict between what the server says and what your save file says often results in some strange results (for instance, GTA5's story mode).
3. Unless you're positive that it loaded up this resigned save, and not just one of your old saves, I would advise backing up your saves somewhere, then deleting all Arkham Knight saves from your PS4. Resign this again, copy it to your PS4 again, then start the game offline. If there's a difference between "load" and "continue" or some other way where you either let the game load its own save, or you instead manually pick which save you're loading, always manually pick your save ("load").
