This is plat save fo LEGO Marvel Superheroes 100%/Platinum save brought to you by my friend (I am in the middle of save set) but I was wondering if you can help me with some feedback if trophy for buying all characters will pops on load or you have to do something to unlock it.

The one for completing all quests? Since this is a platinum save, all quests were already completed. Most likely it is locked out and cannot be earned. A better bet would be a save made before all quests were completed. But there's a chance it would pop on load. Are there any repeatable quests? I vaguely recall at least one of the Lego games having a couple of repeatable quests. If there's one, you could try a repeatable quest and see if that pops it.

For anyone wondering you can get the platinum with this save alone. For the mission related trophies simply start the trophie specific mission and save and quit back to the city and it'll pop. The first time you do this also pops the 100%, gold fountain, all characters and gold bricks etc.
All of the miscellaneous character trophies can be done in the hub city very easily. Trophies for 100 enemies beaten with hulk and cars destroyed just do a couple of each and the related trophies will pop. One more race will pop all races beaten trophy.
Journey through time and space trophy can be achieved by going to the snowy region of the city and finding Aunt May in the Park. Accept one of her photography quests and the trophy will pop on completion of the quest. The other trophies are self explanatory. I popped the platinum with just this save.
Also saving 1 character in peril in a mission will pop the trophy for all characters in peril saved. Enjoy
