For your second question, you need to resign it using a program called Save Wizard. I'll include a couple of links below. For your first question, though, most of the time you need to match up the CUSA number of your save with the save you are looking for. You can find that by putting saves from your own copy of the game on a USB stick and taking a look at how they are saved on a PC - the folder they are in will have a CUSA number - or if you have it digitally, look at the website for the PSN store version but this is not always the same as the disc version especially outside of the US. But if you do have a digital verson and look at the PSN store webpage, somewhere in that link is a CUSA number, and that's your CUSA number. Whatever it says, that's the version you want to search for on these forums. Some are "multiregional" and will work in a couple of different CUSAs, but not many games are like this.
