Considering that I’ve seen the same drives sold by themselves for similar or higher prices by other retailers, this deal definitely seems a sweet one if you want to upgrade your new PS4, even if I’m not sure the 240 GB option can really be considered workable, SSD or not.

Yeah u can buy another ps4 and have more space than the 480 GB

i brought a 1TB drive for my ps4 for £50, i don't think anyone is going to waste money on a 480gb SSD for $400 you only get to use 80% of that anyway due to the OS taking up a chunk.

Ahh if you ever do get one don't worry about it man! It's literary a slide on the shiny part (left side) then 5 small screws.

Yea it all pops right apart ,
and then there is 1 screw to get the hdd out of the bay ,
then of course the 4 screws holding the hdd in the bay ...

Yes I have done it myself. You slide the shiny part away that then reveals the HDD. After that you unscrew the 1st screw (The one with the PSN buttons on it) Then you pull the HDD bay out and unscrew the 4 screws on the bay. So all in counting 5 screws.

best hardrive to buy for a good price 1tb

Hybrid drive is the best bet over the SSD.
