Its been 2-3 weeks, he hasnt told me anytjing on psn and here, but i see him online on the account. I also PMed him and he just ignored.

Can you sent him a message on PSN and tell him that he has an open dispute against him and if he fails to reply he will be permanently banned?

He was just on sb today and said he gave Connor his Paypal account to check...

I have PM'd Connor and awaiting reply. Why can't he just post in the goddamn dispute?

He is lying, and now he is ignoring the dispute. He never contacted Connor. I have given him 12 hours to respond. If he fails to do so he will get banned.

He did not reply to the dispute even when online. Therefore he is banned.
