Other comments: I am currently trying to dispute it via unauthorized transaction as he sent it to himself via gift.

No because your account will be limited. If there is no way to refund via the dispute then I suggest you get in contact with paypal by phone and explain the situation. There are numbers where you can get directly through to a representative so you cannot have any excuses.

It's your responsibility to get my money back since you decided to just take it.

You will have to wait for the disputes decision however in many cases of unauthorized transaction the person who disputed will get there money back.
