If yes, What did they say?:- He said its not his fault because it was 100% on Jail broken PS3 or something and open a dispute if i want.

Other comments: I want the trophies. or my money back he well have to cut his loss because its he fault all right who's fault could it be?

There is no way of him getting the remaining trophies for you and taking the money is the only way out.

You would have paid the $15 for fallout, and will be sent back the amount ($6) for mirrors edge.
There is no visible alternative to this.

This is the only person I found doing a brief search who sells mirrors edge platinum.
If you can negotiate the price down tics reasonable amount then that will be considered.
However If this is not possible then he will have no option then to accept the $6 or nothing.

I do not know anything about trophy hacking or how easy it would be to receive the remaining trophies you need.
But you can't expect a full refund when you received 100% on fallout.

i have never owned that game. i had the back up of the game on my jailbroken ps3 and thats how i trophy hacked it. Like i said and you, $6 would be pretty fair.
