nope this never start over nextgenupdate we were skyping and he asked me to add funding to his account so he sent me money that i never got.

i got a warning when vince's friend done a refund. and when i sent your money back that was my last, and my account got locked

So what exactly was this warning you got on paypal for?

Can you prove the paypal is locked?

i sent money to Vince's friend for an account i'm buying and the account got locked on Vince's side so he got his friend to send the money back and paypal said they wil hold my money until further notice and keep an eye on my account when trading with other paypal users.

i can prove it it's just it has my bank details on there because i appealed and asked question about why it got the warning.

so why did you make me send 10$ if you knew your account was locked ? and where's the email proof?

So can you, or can't you prove its locked?

the email has my bank details on it and there is no chance i am putting it for you 2 to see, secondly you can't read, i said before i got a WARNING BEFORE not locked.

i have the proof but i cannot show it as it has my bank details on it, note not card details BANK details.

to be honest i really can't be asked to deal with this.

when i get paid on 4th January 2013 i can give him his 5 pounds on his psn or 10 dollars back but i currently have no money to spend as i never received his money nor do i have any.
