What is the item that was bought/sold/traded? brought 5 pounds for uk acc

How did you purchase: just one 5 pounds
How much?: I Sent 10$

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes ,
If yes, What did they say?:-I refused it, Paypal must be holding your money and if they aren't you've lost it as it was a gift so, either your money is being held or you have it.

My account is locked out, the only way i can think of fixing this when i get paid on the 4th January 2013 i can give his money back, or him the same payment he sent me on payment.
if he agrees to that will you resolve this dispute?
