Once you are in the "english" folder look for and replace the "patch.ff" file there. Hopefully I'm not overstating the obvious but check your WaW region code, mine is BLUS30192 buy yours maybe different. Hope this helps.

NO i wouldnt change the patch you have to go from private match to online then search :y:
