lol he doesn't load the ".sprx" with "ppc", he uses his so called "CCAPI" which has built in functions to call vsh functions which is why he is able to write custom messages on the console, make it beep and change the CID... since he made it he knows how to access all the other shit people would not know about... such as loading an ".sprx" from anywhere on the console, thats the reason he has a tool...
