Nope MW3 engine no bans, if they ever decided to take action the leaderboards will be ruined again. Real time modding can't be patched unfortunately.

Wish it was true about being banned on Ghosts.. the person that commenting saying he was banned wasnt sure if it was from Black Ops 2 Modding or Ghosts, I havent seen anybody with screen shots of being banned from Ghosts, and only Ghosts.. But I am not modding my stats or boosting.. Whats the point in buying the game and not playing it right if you are just going to mod your stats and prestige as fast as you can.. takes the fun out of the GAME.

There will be bans in Ghosts. But leaderboards will be screwed up as always.
