I know that you have to get Instaliker or something but I can't because Tongbu isn't working for me, and Instaliker isn't on the AppStore anymore. Also the workaround apps suck especially when I try to use Flex 2. (can't find the right patches and went though a lot)
Also I'm running Jailbreak iOS 8.1

Oh if anyone is still looking I had found a way.
Go to the AppStore and look for
"Instaliker for Instagram" after that download Flex2 from Cydia.
Go to the "Uploads from Server Cracker" section on Flex2 and find the "Instaliker for Instagram" patch. Find a patch by Jnew954 it's called the "Ultimate Patch".
Then there you go.
