okedoke, I Decided To Try NGU Again, so, Here It Goes

This Patch was Completely Made By Me, and is Unreleased (So Far). It took Me A While, And I Tried To Be Original, And Ended Up With This! Ill Release It Soon, When I Fix Some Of The Bugs and Add a Few More Things!

Soon as in what? Couple days, a week, a month? Looks really good i wanna use it!! But please add something so we know who we are kicking. Also it would be cool if you could add special perks :^)
