Once you find the correct offset that you want to modify go ahead and modify it don't worry if it doesn't match the picture you are referencing. Always make sure you make a back up copy or two of your gamesave because you just never know. I found that taking the car blob out of the gamesave the easiest way to locate and edit offsets.
Ok good! I always thought I did something wrong since most of the offsets and hex values I've seen on other posts/threads sorta looked the same. Yeah, I always back up data no matter what I do (I learned that the hard way!). I never knew you could do that, I'll go try it.

-go to garage, change car and ALWAYS press TRIANGLE to select the stealth car or go to settings!!!

These are for people that are too cheap to pay for DLC cars or they cannot have access to them due to their geographical location which I think is BS on Sony's part. If you mean you tried hacking these DLC cars and they didn't work I don't know what to tell ya maybe they can't be.

Nice post and what car do I use to convert a Honda NSX 500 to stealth?
Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out. Got all cars added, just sucks that as soon as you turn off the PS3 and reboot you lose all the cars again. Any solution to make the cars stick? It's asking me to reinstall the DLC, which I of course don't have.

the only way to avoid this is by selecting your car with the trianglebotton.
reload your save from your USB, go to garage and press triangle to select your car or go to the carsettings.
when you see your car rotate, that's the part that the game loads the cardata so that is also the part that the game will notice that you didn't install the DLC.

always select your car by goeing to garage and press triangle when you create DLCcars yourself!!
when you have created a DLCcar, go to garage, press triangle and go to carsettings, the cardata will automaticly be updated.
