it will work the same as 4.21.1 it is just 4.21.1 was the Rebug at the time i guess but all you need to is be in Rebug toolbox to switch and export flash file.

i don't use skype don't worry just use rebug 999 downgrader to get to 3.55, install qa, then install 3.55 CFW, then follow this TuT You must login or register to view this content. you can use rebug 4.46.1 instead if you want.

well in the TuT it said stuff about updating to rebug 4.21.1 you can update to 4.46.1 instead basically have to do the same thing with the Rebug toolbox and 4.46 is a newer firmware.

step by step hmm i don't have the time and you need to go to 3.55 CFW to get your eid root key.
