Infinite Items: Use Netcheat to turn on and off

Level 27/Max XP on gain: Use Netcheat to turn on and off (will make enemies level 27/invincible if left on), add skill points then turn off
- skill points are infinite while on
- if you can't kill anyone for xp try reading a codex or book.
- this code is a bit funky and can seem like it wrecks the game, but it straightens itself out, especially if you use a new EBOOT after saving the results.
- Credits go to FloDoc for finding this code, however I used Hiei-YYH's original code to help me narrow the search down.

With all due respect this is the most useless post on this site, this is a public open forum or thread right? didn't even bother to explain WHAT IS THAT or HOW IT WORKS, if this post was originally made for a "selective" range members or advanced programmers, they should've made it privet or something. even though in the first post someone asked what is that? no one bothered to even provide an answer.

Sorry can i ask a question? why it's THAT bad to reply to an open-thread? i don't get it (also i didn't notice the date) but why is it so important and why everyone is fixating on that as if you're spreading some kind of virus by replying to an old thread and make you feel extremely uncomfortable as if you committed a crime? i thought traffic is good for the site owner.
