i notice my save has more files than this, this only has two files.
has the user uploaded the correct save files that give S rank/infinite ammo?

You need to upload the System saved data file for this to work, this is just an autosave the unlocks are within the settings file not actual game save slots. Please upload SAVESERVICE-LINE-0--1 and SAVESERVICE-LINE-0--1.bin.

You unlock the ammo once you beat his save first then load up your save and its in the item box
