he only has 5 rep you can tell he is untrustworthy

If you have the account back then tell a mod who is dealing with it.

If you havn't got the account back...

Send the email address to GUNBOY13 (because he said he doesn't have the email address)
Then tell him to re-set the password to what ever.

Once you have the details back in your hands then CHANGE THE EMAIL AND PASSWORD.

This way he won't be able to re-set it.
