The Flash Tool Is 4.50 But Works With 4.75 (TESTED)
The Nor Inspector Is To Check If Your Dump Is 100% Good To Go

if you go to 4.70 Rex rebug you can install rebug toolbox that comes with it and skip the eid root key, the latest firmware and toolbox lets you make dumps and convert in less then a minute. I recently figured that out and its much simpilar then before.

like the connector broke off the motherboard? if so you have two options... Trace the wires on board, the grey wire is the hardest to trace... red is just 12.v and black ground......easy to find. If you don't feel comfortable doing this take a old usb cable cut off accessory end (keep USB EnD ON) splice the red wire from usb cable to the grey and red wire from the fan... Black goes to black
PLug into a usb charger and ur fan will work!I dot suggest using usb port on ps3 tho

Well, i Ordered My E3 Flasher In May And Now It's July It's Still Not Here i Contacted Seller (eBay) And He Shipped Another E3 Flasher..
