The Flash Tool Is 4.50 But Works With 4.75 (TESTED)

Plug it in and have the samsung.bin on the root of your sd card and switch the first 2 pins down and the rest up on the e3 flasher. Now turn the ps3 on and with the sd card in the flasher and it will update it. To tell this has worked all the lights will be a solid blue.

and shoud i be on ofw 4.75? cause im on ita 4.50?

You dont need e3 flasher if you're on CFW... Use a downgrader.pup
