Load Mission 7 - No Way Home. Right at the start give salam a boost over the wall, he'll then fight through a few enemies and eventually open a gate for you. Once the gate is open you'll see a room on your left go in there and grab the J37 Defender Mk4 Stock Shotgun Part, then go into weapon customization.
Go to Secondary - G18C - Buy the 33 Round Mag Trophy Should Pop

Get into a game of extraction and complete a FULL round, if you join a game in progress you will have to wait untill the next map loads for it too count, after that finishes these two trophies will pop

Chaaaaarge! (Charge through 20 enemies) - This also counts towards the Open Hand Slap! trophy.
Quick Draw (Kill 25 enemies with a quickdraw from mock surrender) - The easiest place to get this trophy is on Mission 6, Chapter 2 "Sink It".
Immediately when the level loads, tell your computer partner to hold (passive). Walk down the stairs and face the soldier on your right. Press 'X' to mock surrender. Line up your sight for a head shot by using 'L1' and then fire using 'R1'. No need for a checkpoint, just enter the pause menu and reload. Complete 25 quickdraw kills for the trophy. This method works for 'Attention Grabber' too.
Healer (Heal your partner 10 times) - Easy trophy. Go into split-screen co-op, shoot your 2nd controller till he's down. Then simply revive him until the trophy pops up.
