After you sync it on PS4 to your cloud, its not possible to sync it to your Vita!
(Maybe you must change the PSN name in the Save like in the PS3 Times, but its actual not possible with the PS4 Save!?)

Confirm this too:
Resign Save with SaveWizard, Start Game, go to cloud and delete Cloudsave, i done sync then and trophys plopped. 89 trophys in round about 4 or 5 minutes plopped.

i put on usb stick... i go to my saved on usb on ps4 and it say no file found ( empty usb ) Not Happy or Sad

Becuase you will need to resign it first with Save Wizard
