After you sync it on PS4 to your cloud, its not possible to sync it to your Vita!
(Maybe you must change the PSN name in the Save like in the PS3 Times, but its actual not possible with the PS4 Save!?)

A very strange incident... a guy platted it in 2019.... HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE... servers were offline ??

Servers don't close until Jan 31 (date was changed/move back). Nothing strange here.
