After you sync it on PS4 to your cloud, its not possible to sync it to your Vita!
(Maybe you must change the PSN name in the Save like in the PS3 Times, but its actual not possible with the PS4 Save!?)

It's probably a firmware issue. In at least 1 previous update to Save Wizard to accomodate the PS4's ever-changing save structure which the SW team needs to then crack each time it changes, at least 1 of those times they had to lose support for the save structures of some specific, older firmware versions. This might be that because I know a lot of people used these saves successfully.

ok. may be true and I don't discuss it, but I am a practical person. eh eh ....one thing works, one thing doesn't work. now this save is useless for anything. I tried old wizards. always error. sin....

Try to use the save and try to cloud sync it you will be getting the error but it might still pop the current region if that is the case you just need to repeat what you did for all 4 regions
Edit: Deleting the cloud save after trying to connect to the servers might pop the platinum aswell

Sadly, it didn't. I tried both ways. Didn't work. I got the campaign trophy, but not the HARD MODE trophies. Those I think I/we/you have to get those the old fashioned way.
