1. Go into recovery mode
2. Select option "restore Ps3 System"
This will wipe everything and bring you to a black screen asking to install the last syscall(whatever firmware you were on)
3. Install the same cfw

or if you don't want to lose your games and stuff, go update the system from recovery mode and it will just make a fresh install.

But, honestly, sounds like you need to reset video settings, like so.

1. Press and hold the power button.
2. Wait for one beep (not the initial power on beep)
3. Let go on first beep and it will display in component default

OR

1. Plug hdmi cable into ps3
2. Start ps3
3. It will automatically detect hdmi and will display on screen asking if you want to change to hdmi
4. You can then plug in your component cables as well and change the settings, swap them from hdmi to component.

No display can also be a result of GLOD..lets hope not.
