Theres no time limit on domination but I have seen the game end before 200 points was scored. so maybe there is an unofficial timer.

Regular kill or a headshot?

Regular, I initially didn't think about adding the head shot multiplier. I did later, but never verified that the extra for the head shot stayed. Had my issues with locking the lobby. would be OK for 30 seconds to a couple minutes until I got better timing and worked some things out. Had 5v5 everyone got 500 per kill added as long as they "quit the game resulting in a loss" versus app close. And they had to leave before I did or the points didn't stick, though oddly enough the specialist and gun camo and scorestreak achievements did.
