Get your save on a memory stick/card and put all but the sfo into your save from the downloaded one, put through xploder and your done.

It says there is no sketchbook save but I got the trophy by using the skillpoints file just trying for a skillpoint and the trophy popped up.
I haven't read the other posts so I don't know if anyone has already posted it.
