Just finished a perfect stealth run with no powers and gadgets. The save is right at the very end. You'll unlock Ghost, Shadow, Mostly Flesh and Steel, Resolution, Clean Hands, Just Dark Enough and a hidden trophy I won't mention due to spoilers!
1. Ghost
2. Shadow
3. Mostly Flesh and Steel
4. Resolution
5. Clean Hands
6. Just Dark Enough
7. Spoiler Trophy
EDIT: Uploaded directly to Xploder! It's a U.S. save.

Once you load the save, it should be obvious what to do.

Trying to make that save, but not so easy to make, when you chapter replay where you to need be, your character will be weak again, not so great upgraded.
