Previous files have been removed and these are the latest updated versions (May 13)
DLC is required to unlock trophies!! - confirmed

Save is at The Epilogue, trigger the cutscene and the trophies will pop at main menu. This save will pop both trophies for Grounded and Grounded Mode Plus.

Hi mate, I tried your original save but used one of my old TLoU savefiles and got corrupt file message, then tried using from a new Grounded save and it worked perfectly. I'm in EU so no region problems, just think you need to use a savefile where dlc has been enabled.
Will try your NG+ save tomorrow.

Really? I created a Slot 6 file today and it didn't work with it. Maybe I need to try changing more files than just the USR DATA

Spot on mate - a save created after the patch is what's needed, I tried an old save with no joy and then a new save after the patch and it worked fine.
