Save is at The Epilogue, trigger the cutscene and the trophies will pop at main menu. This save will pop both trophies for Grounded and Grounded Mode Plus.

If it says this save is someone elses data and you cant get trophies does this save like beat that or still let you get the trophie>? please answer my question

No, you have to resign save for the trophies to unlock.

Yes, mods added are 65K ammo, molotovs, smokes, shivs and bandages with 9999 parts and supplements.
