It pops both of those trophies since the difficulties stack so playing on grounded mode+ will basically give you both trophies, no need to play it twice which is nice.

This one worked like a charm, now all I'm missing is Grounded Plus, which I will be doing by myself since I'm curious to play this difficulty, thanks for the Save.
