Problem Solved, it was their fault. i knew it.
After waiting a month, we finally can access the online parts of the game. To be honest, the game wasnt good on multiplayer.

I'm in London and can't get on. I think they are locking backup systems somehow online. When the ps3 gets locked up the network light is still flashing.

Just started up a new account and was able to start the game while signed in. Played a match and then the same message popped up.

nothing will work you maybe be account banned until the 13th. you can make a new account and play online but in 10mins that account will get banned. hope this helped

the guy said on twitter they not banning for playing early.

Must be a bug on the Ps3. For those who played Black Ops I think we all remember the crashes and lock ups that happened during a match and other places. This may have to do with it.

same problems here maybe on the 13 nov it will be fully working and some have been on all week 24/7
