Have you contacted the scammer?: Yes
If yes, What did they say?: That they never recieved my payment, that it was "limited" or something.
Other comments:
What hes saying could be true i dont know much about paypal- But all i know is i sent him the money, and i need my Dr Dre Studio headphones in return..

no- because if i sent a bank account up to the paypal then it will be banned straight away. And i reject the second donation (refunded it) because my account was limited.

It's not his problem that your paypal is limited. Make a temporary paypal just to receive the money.
He has 24 hours now.
