Nothings happened.. I accepted Sios donation- but then after i spent it my paypal got limited..

So he owes me the money still and I can't accept paypal.. ah

You have to set up a new paypal account incase he only can refund with paypal. $55 since $25 already have been paid by others on his behalf.
