**NOTE - THIS WORKS WITH BOTH EU AND US VERSIONS OF THE GAME

**Instructions on how to install:

1. Copy just the data folder from your USRDIR Fallout New Vegas backup to dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000 folder (not usrdir folder and dont copy EBOOT.BIN =P)

2. Copy PARAM.SFO in archive to dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000 folder

3. Copy FALLOUT.ini from dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000/USRDIR to dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000 so there is 2 copies of it, 1 in usrdir one in root folder.

4. Restart PS3

5. Run game, you may or may not get an error here. If you do, run game again.

any way to change it (ive been through settings) without finding an english version of the game and doing it all again?

Im going to go ahead and delete everything and reinstall..I noticed that there's already a param.sfo file in the root after installing the pkg. Can't remember if I replaced it with the separate one u posted in the edit..may have been the problem.

do i need to have the actual disk for this to work? or what please explain?

I just cant get thing 2 work! -.-
I open in gaia manager, (transferd all the files btw), run fallout, it goes back 2 main menu, click the disc icon, it loads...then get error: 80028F22

how can i fix this? :S

Finally got it to work! Make sure the DATA folder is placed in the root folder made by the .pkg (FONV30000)..Also make sure the param.sfo file is in this same root
